Lucknow. The second phase of the Agniveer recruitment drive for aspirants from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand kicked off on Monday at Roorkee. The Indian Army has released a district‑wise timetable, spreading the rally over eight days from 5 October to 12 October. Candidates from Lucknow are scheduled for 10 October.
From written‑test success to the physical round
The rally is centred on the Agniveer Clerk/SKT vacancy. Those who cleared the written examination will now face the recruitment run‑test, physical‑fitness assessments, and on‑spot verification of documents.
Officials emphasise that every applicant must bring the original certificates and supporting papers to the venue.
Essential documents for every applicant
Each candidate should carry the following items:
- Admit card
- PAN card
- Aadhaar card
- Online‑issued police character certificate
- Twenty recent passport‑size colour photographs
- Educational certificates
- Domicile certificate
- Caste certificate (where applicable)
- School character certificate
- Religion certificate
- General character certificate
- Unmarried certificate
- NCC or sports certificates (if available)
Three photocopies of each original document are mandatory, and a mobile number linked to Aadhaar is required for the online verification process. Any missing paperwork will be addressed through on‑the‑spot affidavit drafting.

The Army has grouped candidates by district as follows:
- 5 October: Uttarakhand – Almora, Bageshwar, Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar, Champawat, Pithoragarh; Uttar Pradesh – Bahraich, Balrampur, Bareilly, Badaun, Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit, Sambhal, Shahjahanpur, Shravasti, Sitapur.
- 6 October: Amethi, Ambedkar Nagar, Ayodhya, Basti, Kaushambi, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Rae Bareli, Sant Kabir Nagar, Siddharth Nagar, Sultanpur.
- 7 October: Baghpat, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar.
- 8 October: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Amroha, Rampur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Agra, Etah, Jhansi, Kasganj, Jalaun.
- 9 October: Lalitpur, Aligarh, Etawah, Firozabad, Hathras, Mainpuri, Mathura.
- 10 October: Lucknow, Auraiya, Banda, Barabanki, Chitrakoot, Fatehpur, Hamirpur, Kannauj, Kanpur Dehat, Mahoba, Unnao.
- 11 October: Uttarakhand – Chamoli, Dehradun, Haridwar, Pauri Garhwal, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarkashi; Uttar Pradesh – Ballia, Gorakhpur, Bhadohi.
- 12 October: Jaunpur, Mau, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Ghazipur, Deoria, Sonbhadra, Azamgarh, Chandauli.
Reporting guidelines for candidates
Applicants must report on the date printed on their admit card and strictly follow the instructions given at the venue. Authorities reiterate that original documents are indispensable for verification.
