Argument Said to Have Flared During a Evening Meet‑up
According to the FIR, Chauhan arrived near the Nexa showroom adjoining Yellow Hills Café on the evening of 5 October to meet Dobhal and a few of his acquaintances.
He asserts that a verbal spat broke out around 8 p.m., which swiftly turned violent.
Chauhan alleges that Dobhal attempted to choke him while other individuals present struck him with sticks and metal objects, and that a vehicle was even driven toward him.
Phone and Gold Chain Allegedly Stolen
During the scuffle, Chauhan claims he sustained injuries and that his mobile phone along with a gold chain were taken from him. He says he managed to flee the scene after the confrontation.
These allegations have not yet been independently corroborated; investigators are currently gathering evidence to establish the facts.
Continued Threats After the Incident
The complainant further maintains that the harassment did not stop at the venue. He reports receiving threatening phone calls and Instagram messages aimed at both him and his family members.
The FIR lists Dobhal together with Abhay Chaudhary, Tapan Pandit, Abhishek Tiger, Abhinav Srivastava and Guru Bhai, among others.
