Program Overview
UNESCO is opening applications for its 2026 Digital Business Solutions Internship, inviting students and fresh graduates to contribute to pioneering projects in artificial intelligence, cyber‑security, network operations, and software development directly from the organization’s headquarters.
Internship Duties
Selected interns will rotate across multiple digital initiatives. Responsibilities may involve monitoring network health, administering cloud environments, diagnosing server issues, and delivering technical assistance to staff. Beyond the technical scope, participants will observe project‑management methodologies and collaborative workflows within a multicultural, international setting.
The placement can range from one to six months based on project demands. Upon successful completion, UNESCO will issue a certificate acknowledging the intern’s contributions.
Who Can Apply
- Age: At least 20 years old at the time of submission.
- Undergraduate students: Currently in the third or final year of a recognised bachelor programme.
- Postgraduate & doctoral candidates: Enrolled in a master’s, PhD or equivalent degree.
- Recent graduates: Hold a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree awarded within the last 12 months.
- Languages: Proficient in English or French, both spoken and written.
- Digital skills: Basic familiarity with computers and standard office software.
