State‑Level Job Fair Overview
The capital of Chhattisgarh will host a two‑day employment exhibition on 7 & 8 October at the Juneja Indoor Stadium, Boodhapara. The event, coordinated by the Department of Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment, aims to pair more than 8,700 open positions with enthusiastic candidates.

To date, 36 companies and placement agencies have posted vacancies spanning a broad range of sectors, such as:
- Manufacturing and engineering
- Electrical services and automobile maintenance
- Sales, marketing and customer support
- Banking, finance and office administration
- Healthcare, security and logistics
Typical roles include technicians, machine operators, electricians, engineers, sales executives, computer operators, tele‑callers, nursing staff, security guards, drivers and delivery personnel. Apprenticeship and trainee opportunities are also available.
Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
The fair welcomes candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. Depending on the job, required qualifications range from Class 10 and Class 12 to ITI, diploma, engineering, graduate and postgraduate degrees. The official portal lists openings in healthcare, education, engineering, security and many other fields.
Registration Process
Interested participants must register on the Chhattisgarh Employment Department’s e‑Rojgar portal. The procedure is straightforward:
- Open the e‑Rojgar website and select “Employment Seeker Login”.
- Complete your personal profile and upload the necessary documents.
- Explore the posted vacancies and pick the ones you wish to apply for.
- Submit your application and note any interview timings provided.
